Fitnesstudio wär noch ne gute Alternative, werd ich in dieser Woche mal versuchen, bisher siehts ganz gut aus. Heute ließ ich mir nochmal Blut abnehmen, mal sehn ob was rauskommt, morgen gehts zu meiner Internistin wegen der Remicade, die wohl auch nicht ganz unschuldig war an dieser Myokarditis, vorerst werd ich mir die nicht mehr geben lassen und bisher gehts mir mit dem Crohn auch Prima. Ach ja, wegen dem bin ich auch letzte Woche ausgemustert worden, es hat ja auch seine guten Seiten ;-). Der Arzt fährt selber auch Rennrad und er sagte zu mir ich soll diesen wunderschönen Sport auch weiter betreiben, das werd ich machen. Gestern ließ ich es mir auch nicht nehmen zumindest gut 2 km mit dem MTB zu rollen, schön wars.
